Jacqueline Rogers studied painting and illustration at Rhode Island School of Design. She has illustrated over one hundred children’s books for numerous publishers. After trying different types of illustration, including magazine, newspaper, advertising, store windows and even scrimshaw, Rogers chose children’s books because they offered the most room for creativity. Rogers has been illustrating children’s books for thirty years. She teaches all ages and specializes in watercolor classes for travelers to Chile, Peru, New England and Alaska. For this blog, she will illustrate desserts, cityscapes, market life and travel inspirations. www.jacquelinerogers.com
